Product Structure
The body gives the users a secure foundation upon which the entire unit depends for complete structural support. There are two lanes in it. One is for toddlers, and the second one is for children. Adults can also slide in the second lane. Parents can also slide together with the kids. It is safe for toddlers as one of the slide lanes is short and wide enough for toddlers to slide and for parents to stand very next to them. The climbing ramp provides riders with an easy way to get to the top of the slide. The climbing ramp is beside the slide lanes.
Every product is made of PVC tarpaulin, and the inside is with a PVC liner. Each product is produced of 18oz or 15oz PVC and 13oz PVC together. Sometimes, little decorations like leaves, parrots, and other decorations are made of 8oz PVC, which is soft but strong. We used these PVC 23oz waterproof PVC, 18oz marble shiny PVC, 15oz shiny PVC, 13oz shiny PVC, and 8oz PVC. PVC liner=13oz PVC thickness. And for printing, we use special 0.45mm PVC. If a customer prefers all 15oz, then that is also acceptable.
These slides are inflated using the electric blower. Its surfaces are made of high-quality PVC. These fabrics were sewn together by skilled producers using 9-strand wire and their thickness is 0.03 inches, which assures a long life. Its D Ring is Stainless Steel 304. The zipper used in it is of YKK brand. We provide accessories like Air Blowers, Repair Kits, Floor Mattresses, Ground Nails, and Sandbags with the package.
